Feeding Families with CrossFit Unstoppable

Event #6 is under our belts and we’re continuing to see how each box is set up and runs quite differently than the one before. This makes each event quite unique not only in how it’s run but also in our takeaways and what we learned after the whole things is over.

This afternoon we were hanging out with the team at CrossFit Unstoppable in Jefferson City, MO for a little afternoon WOD and fun!

It was a partner WOD done in two heats so Sam and I could get some photos of the event. Basically as one partner ran, the other started completing the strength portion of the workout. When you returned from the run, you’d pick up the ladder where your partner finished. The goal was to see how many rounds you could complete in the 15 minute time cap. I assure you, this was tough!

After both heats were over we cleaned up, continued to tell our story, talk about the year ahead, and even chatted with someone from their local paper(!). It was another great event, another amazing learning opportunity, another butt-kicking workout and another opportunity to feed more families.
