One of the big things with this year is sharing the message of health, wellness and fitness. If we can eat and stay active while constantly traveling, then anyone can do it from home.
And as such we thought we’d finally share what we’ve referred to as “The WalMart Parking Lot WOD” – our first WOD in the RV from a couple weeks back. This all body Here’s what the WOD looked like:
