On Saturday we continued the CrossFit Open at Choctaw CrossFit in Durant, OK taking on workout 15.2.
We each signed up for a heat and soon enough everyone got down to business.
The way this WOD worked was that you got 3 minutes to complete two rounds of work. If you completed the required work within those 3 minutes, you got 3 more minutes to complete two rounds of work with a greater rep scheme. When you could no longer complete the required work, you were done.
As always, there was the RX and scaled versions of this workout. We all did the workout as we could to our abilities.
Raising money to rescue animals from kill shelters is something we’re really passionate about and appreciate all of the support from the members at Choctaw CrossFit to help us make that happen!
